Since the data on these NOS Russian tubes got scattered all over, I thought I'd collect it here. Nothing new AFAIK. Still looking for some of the datasheets that were posted as images or pdf, as our search can't get inside those. This is just to make it all easy to find in the search later. I included some links to the ebay listings I copied these from verbatim, which seem to be sticking around up in the cloud. If anyone has more data on any Russian neutron detector tubes, please add to this thread. It's interesting that the little CHM-9 takes more volts than some of its bigger brothers. Perhaps the gas fill is different?

NEUTRON counters operate in the mode of a stable corona discharge application which allows you to:
- Get the counting plateau characteristics of the length of several hundred volts;
- To obtain the amplitude of the signal to hundreds of millivolts;
- To operate the counters on the background of gamma radiation up to 1000 rengen per hour.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Detects slow neutrons (gamma) radiation
Cathode is made of steel, filling is mix of helium-3 with 3% argons
Range of operating voltage (volts) 2600
Initial voltage of corona discharge (volts) 2000
