This electron Tube Data sheets is where I get most of my datasheets. This is a great resource, and I'm hoping that others will add theirs to the list here.
This one Tube data sheets is a bit more British and audio oriented.
The Virtual Valve museum is sometimes handy as well.
And here Magnetrons is some info on commercial magnetrons.
