Hi, I am going to keep it short and sweet as I tend to ramble.
Thanks for letting me join, I am an amateur Inventor/artist/mechanic, I'm a motorcycle courier, and I hope to learn a great deal from and share some with you all, I didn't expect to be accepted so soon after reading about the 100s of applicants, but am grateful.
see you all around the forums!
Franco
Hello from London.

This sub forum is for new menbers to announce themselves. Try not to create long threads here -- this is just for you to tell us who you are, and for us to say welcome. There are other forums to actually discuss real tech-science things here, and ask questions on. The idea hopefully is to have enough forums and subforums that nothing sci-tech related will be off-topic, there will be a place for it. If I missed something -- let me know, and I'll fix that.

Hi Franco - I think you might be our second Londoner. Our professional sceptic is the other one, you'll see him around.
Welcome aboard, have fun!

Posting as just me, not as the forum owner. Everything I say is "in my opinion" and YMMV -- which should go for everyone without saying.

hah and I am an optimist, as in " If i connect mysterious wire A to mysterious wire B, it will all be fine" and I'm right 50% of the time.

I'm a pessimist and a cynic, and after many years of carpentry and auto mechanics, I've still got ten, and they work!
